Regulations regarding displaying speed camera signs in the vicinity of officer using mobile speed camera.

There are no regulations regarding displaying speed camera signs in the vicinity of an officer using a mobile speed camera.  There is a DfT circular 01/2007 which gives guidance on signing.  This can be found at the following link:
